No Refund Policy

All payments made to Growth Street are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Digital marketing services involve planning, strategy, time investment, and resource allocation, which begin immediately after payment and onboarding.

Before Service Commencement

If a payment is made and the client chooses to cancel before any work has started, the refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.

Service Dissatisfaction

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to contact us so we can address concerns, make reasonable adjustments, or clarify expectations.

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction related to performance expectations, results, or outcomes, as marketing results cannot be guaranteed.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Growth Street reserves the right to review refund requests at its sole discretion.
